Simplifying Real Estate: My Experience with Huzi.ai for CC&R Analysis

Using Huzi.ai

Between viewings, negotiations, and all the paperwork, who's got the time to dive deep into marketing? I mean the time it takes to truly understand what types of marketing work and why.

I was no expert myself. I actually felt anxious about sending marketing pieces I created to my email list. I was probably too focused on the judgment I would receive, rather than the help I was providing.

Let me start by explaining the Dashboard, so you can wrap your head around what I'm talking about. (like AI isn't confusing enough (lol)

Huzi Files
Huzi Files has been my saving grace when it comes to searching for an answer in a document. (or webpage and pdf for that matter.)

Here's an example most of you will be familiar with. The dreaded CC&R's. Anytime we are working with a seller or buyer who lives in an area with CC&R's it can be a nightmare.

With Huzi. I can literally upload the pdf and then ask any question I want. Here are a few examples:


          

Not bad right? That just saved me 45 minutes of searching through 45 pages of text! 

If you really think about it, Huzi Files could be used for anything that has a pdf. I personally have used it for my car (turning off lane change), my phone (slow-motion video), and all of my Milwaukee tools to learn about the warranty and maintenance needed. 

It's been fantastic to say the least.

Huzi Sparkpad
The Sparkpad came at just the right time. Back to the marketing example from above, I was no expert when it came to copywriting specifically. 

The Sparkpad allows you to give a chat instructions and guidelines to follow. So if I want to write a piece of copy in Shakespearian text, I can ask it to do just that and it performs! 

I have been using the chats for very specific tasks I do daily. Part of my marketing is finding listings that appeal to different audiences. For example, I will find a listing at $400,000, one at $1,000,000+, and one that is contemporary. This equals three Facebook posts a week solely about homes that aren't even my listings. 

It typically would take around an hour to read about each property and create a posts for them. So, to do some testing I created a chat inside of the Sparkpad and talked to it like it was my expert/assistant. 

I needed it's expertise as I asked questions like "what does a converting real estate post consist of?" and "What would the target audience be for this home"? 

I need it's assistance when I asked the actual tool "create a Facebook post for me based on this information" (typically a listing description.) or "focus on the benefits and not the features".

I actually learned this is important from Huzi.

What I've Learned

What truly amazed me was not just the efficiency AI brought but how it changed my interactions with clients. The enhanced communication tools made distance almost irrelevant, allowing me to connect with clients in ways I never thought possible.
